Canary Island shrike
Lanius excubitor
It belongs to the Laniidae family and was identified by Temminck in 1820. With a wingspan of around 25 centimeters, its plumage is predominantly grayish in color, adorned with bands of intense black on the tail, the tips of the wings, and around the eyes, like a mask.
